The 24 HA / 59 Acre masterplan design for a new Brentwood Business Park was completed for a planning submission.
The total floor space totalled in excess of a million square feet comprising Hotel, Amenity Centre, Shops, Offices, Mid Tech, High Tech and Industrial buildings.
GMTW were appointed to complete the design of the entire masterplan and the preperation of the vision statement.
