The 19 HA / 48 Acre masterplan design for a new Southend Airport Business Park was completed for a development proposal.
The total floor space totalled in excess of 2 million square feet comprising Hotel, Office, Life Science, Innovation Centre, Office and Production units.
The development also included a care home and extensive Leisure facilities.
GMTW were appointed to complete the design of the entire masterplan and the preparation of the development proposal document.
