This design is for a proposed 73-storey mixed use tower development situated on a prominent corner location on Sheikh Zaeed Road in Dubai With a total built area of approximately 93,000sq/m, the development includes 17 floors of office accommodation above a ground floor level comprising entrance and reception facilities, services plant and deliveries access. Separated from the offices by a floor dedicated to services plant, the tower rises by a further 50+ floors of residential apartments, with a penthouse top storey and rooftop plant. A separate car parking block adjoining the tower is fourteen storeys in height and is linked to the tower at seventh floor by a glazed bridge. The essentially rectilinear form of the tower is offset by a striking cladding design contrasting polished stone cladding in a sinuous form on two opposing elevations with continuous projecting balconies and full height curtain walling on each floor.
