The project incorporated a £1 million extension and refurbishment of a 25 year old mock Tudor house.
The original house was poorly constructed, and at first a complex demolition was considered.
The design included a complete refit and reorganisation of the internal spaces with the provision of a new oak framed staircase enclosure.
