The original Grade II listed property comprised three separate buildings, a three storey house with single storey extension and two storey cottages to the front and the rear. 

 

The rear cottage was demolished and the front cottage extensively restored. 

 

The adopted design provides covered links around an open paved landscaped courtyard connecting the existing refurbished house and cottage to new two storey living accommodation
